Pastoral Care

We aim to support each other in need, for example the sick, those in hospital, the bereaved, those with new babies. This support may be practical, with prayer, through listening or whatever is required given the circumstances. We have a visiting team who visit members of the church who are no longer able to get to church on a regular basis, and those in our community who would benefit.

Practical Needs

A team of volunteers help with things like shopping, collecting prescriptions, baking and soup - lots of acts of kindness and care.

The monthly Prayer breakfast is back in church. Much of our pastoral care is covered by bible study groups (Home Groups) and most are now running again in person. These are a real comfort and blessing to so many people.
